经直肠内超声检查在高位肛周脓肿诊断中的应用

Abstract
Objective To discuss the application value of endoanal ultrasound in diagnosis of anorectal abscess. Method A total of 30 inpatients with high anorectal abscess from January 2009 to January 2013 were enrol ed in this study. The endoanal ultrasound was performed in al cases.Results Of the 30 cases with high perianal abscess by ultrasound examination were diagnosed. The accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 100%. Including pelvic rectal space abscess in 15 cases, 8 cases of rectal abscess after the gap and the high horseshoe abscess 7 cases. Conclusion Endoanal ultrasonography has great value in diagnosis of high perianal and has application value in helping determine the abscess location,size etc.关键词
