摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ects ofα-lipoic acid on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DNP). Methods 90 DPN patients were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group withα-lipoic acid (n=45)and the control group with Yinxingdamo injection (n=24). Each treatment lasted for two weeks. Were compared two groups before and after treatment ef icacy and nerve conduction velocity changes. Results The total ef ective rate in treatment group were significantly improved than the control group (P<0.01), The nerve conduction velocity were significantly improved than the before treatment in two groups. (P<0.05), The treatment group bet er than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusionα-lipoic acid can significantly improve peripheral neuropathy in patients with Diabetes.关键词
