虫类散剂对炎性颈神经根动物模型抗炎效果的研究
Insects Cervical Nerve Root Powder on Inflammatory Animal Models of Inflammatory Effect
摘要
Abstract
Objective Study insects cervical nerve root powder for animal models of inflammatory anti-inflammatory ef ects, used in clinical treatment. Methods:Establishment of inflammatory cervical nerve root in a rat model, configuration, dif erent concentrations of insects powder (Sanqisanchongsan) of the control group, the treatment group (middle dose group and high dose group) to intervene, observed three days, a week, 2 weeks inflammatory granuloma in rat nerve root weight, inflammatory nerve root IL-1, IL-6 levels, the various results were statistical y analyzed. Result:Insects powder (Sanqisanchongsan) nerve root granuloma in rats significantly inhibited in rats cervical nerve root IL-1, IL-6 was significantly inhibited, in a week when the performance is remarkable. And the high-dose group than in the middle dose group the indicators more obvious advantages. Conclusion:Insects powder (Sanqisanchongsan) for inflammatory nerve root has a good anti-inflammatory ef ects, with good ef icacy, easy to take, etc., is the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis clinical y ef ective prescription.关键词
