Abstract
Objective: To investigate the 5S in high quality of nursing service ef ect. Methods: " the " the idea to nursing management, and " the "in the management of nursing quality evaluation index of nursing unit. Results:nurses consciousness in the implementation of the"the"management, improve nursing unit working environment, improve the ef iciency of nursing work, improve the quality of nursing. Conclusion: the implementation of 5S in high quality nursing service can improve the ef iciency of nursing work, enhance the self quality of nurses.关键词
