Abstract
Objective To explore clinical treatment of the optic nerve contusion. Method 50 hospitalized patients of optic nerve contusion were randomly divided into control group (25) and drug group (25). Control group were treated with comprehensive treatment and corticosteroid therapy. Treatment group were based on the control group and dealted with 40mg intravenous drip, 1 times a day, for 3 weeks. Vision and fundus change were observd. Result The curative ef ect of drug group was superior to control group (p<0.05). Conclusion Monosialoteterahexosyl ganglioside can improve the therapeutic ef ect of optic nerve contusion.关键词
