摘要

Abstract

The rate of SVR for CHC with standard antiviral therapy is 40%-70%, and some don,t have the SVR. The ones which can,t receive the SVR are CHC which is dif icult treated. The reasons for the ones which can,t receive the SVR are genotype 1, HCVRNA>60000IU/ml, high liver fibrosis, and obesity etc. The hotspot is how to enhance the rate of SVR for the dif icult treated CHC worldwide.
