摘要
Abstract
Objective:to study the neurosurgical nosocomial lung infection risk factors,clinical analysis and prevention measures. Methods:1062 cases of hospitalized patients neurosurgery hospital clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results:75 cases of pulmonary infection occurred,the infection rate was 7.06%,disturbance of consciousness,invasive operation,hospitalization time and so on are high risk factors; Take ef ective measures to prevent and control,the new hospital,95 cases of incidence was 2.11%,compared with 7.55% before dropped significantly. Conclusion: the positive and ef ective comprehensive measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of nosocomial lung infection.关键词
