Abstract
Objective Hyperbaric oxygen plus drug therapy of cerebral infarction and the clinical ef icacy of conventional drug therapy. Methods Our hospitalfrom January 2010 to December 2012 admit ed to hospital with cerebral infarction 1376 cases,were randomly divided into two groups for (the treatment group and the control group), 686 cases treated with conventional therapy based on the combined treatment with hyperbaric oxygen ; the control group 686 cases using onlyconventional drug therapy alone were compared, Curative ef ect observation of 3 months evaluation. Results The treatment group were basical y cured 172 cases (25.07%), the total ef iciency was 95.04%, in the control group 94 cases were basical y cured (13.70%), the total ef ective rate was 72.01%, the curative ef ect of treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), with significant dif erence. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen plus drug therapy cerebral infarctionsignificantly reduce complications and improve the prognosis and quality of life, worthy of wider promotion.关键词
