Abstract
Objective to analyze colorectal cancer misdiagnosed reasons, improve the rectum sores correct diagnostic rate in order to prevent the disease. Methods 7 6 cases of colorectal cancer patients retrospectively summarized analysis. Results 6 cases, 7, 8 cases were misdiagnosed as hemorrhoids 1, 8 cases diarrhea, chronic enteritis 1 in 5 cases, 10 cases of colorectal polyps, the misdiagnosis rate was 67%. Conclusion insuf icient recognition of insuf icient understanding of colorectal cancer, and the shortage of related inspection not serious and clinical experience is the main cause of misdiagnosis.关键词
