Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of plasma D-dimer, cTnT and myocardial enzyme spectrum in patient with myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods:30 patients of AMI, 30 patients of unstable angina pectoris (UAP), 30 cases of patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP) were selected from March 2011 to March 2012, at the same time, 30 cases of healthy subjects during the same period were selected as control group, D-dimer, cTnT and myocardial enzyme spectrum (AST, LDH, CK, CK-MB) of four groups were detected. Results:D-dimer, cTnT and myocardial enzyme spectrum (AST, LDH, CK, CK-MB) of AMI group and UAP group increased more significantly than that of SAP group and control group, the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05). cTnT of AMI group increased more significantly than that of UAP group, the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05). cTnT of UAP group increased more significantly than that of control group, the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05). D-dimer, cTnT and AST, LDH, CK, CK-MB elevated degree was positively correlated to the area of myocardial infarction (P<0.01). Conclusion: D-dimers, cTnT and myocardial enzyme spectrum joint detection is helpful to the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction improve.关键词
