Abstract
Objective To explore the ef ect of the dialectical nursing of Chinese medicine on the patients with ulna fracture in the post-operation treatment by internal fixation. Methods A total of 45 patients with ulna fracture treated by internal fixation were randomly divided into the observation group (n=24) and the control group(n=21).The patients in the control group received routine nursing, while the patients in the control group received the dialectical nursing of Chinese medicine and guiding physical training helped by special person,in addition to routine nursing. The two groups were compared with the relief of pain, the regression time of swel ing , and the spinfunction of forearm. Results The relief of pain was faster in the observation group than that in the control group .The regression time of swel ing was shorter in the observation group than that of the other group .At the end of fol ow-up ,the spinfunction of forearm of the observation group was bet er than that of the control group (al P<0.05). Conclusion The dialectical nursing of Chinese medicine can shorten regression time of the pain and the swel ing in the post-operation treatment by internal fixation .Besides,the spinfunction of the forearm could be promoted by guiding physical training .关键词
