Abstract
Objective To develop a nutrition knowledge,at itude and practice questionnaire of nurses. Methods 100 nursing staf were selected randomly to investigate, the identification index method, t test, correlation analysis, factor analysis, discrete tendency and Cronbach 's alpha coef icient method were used to select items. Results three dimension are built which are knowledge, at itude and practice respectively, the number of items of each dimension are 15, 7 and 6 respectively through item selection. Conclusion the questionnaire, which has strong Representativeness, operability and applicability, can be used for the nursing staf nutrition knowledge,at itude and practice measurement.
