血栓通注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic ef icacy of Sanqi panax notoginseng injection on acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and forty five acute cerebral infarction patients were randomized into two groups: therapeutic group (n=75) and control group (n=70). Al patients received conventional treatment with oral administration of Bayaspirin. In addition, patients in therapeutic group were given intravenous infusion of 500mg Sanqi Panax Notoginseng in 250ml of normal saline once daily for 14 days. Results After 14 days of treatment, therapeutic group showed improved and significant ef icacy comparing with control group (p<0.05). Conclusion Treatment with Sanqi Panax Notoginseng Injection is a safe therapeutics for acute cerebral infarction with profound improvement of impaired function of nervous system and decreased disability rate.关键词
