摘要
Abstract
Objective: Summarizes the characteristics of ful -thickness microscopic anastomosis of the vas deferens and clinical ef ect. Methods: Under operating microscope The whole layer anastomosises of Vas deferens were complied in 34 Patients. Results: The postoperative 34 cases, 33 cases of semen was found in the sperm, sperm density≥6×106/mL in 31 cases, 2 cases of sperm density <6×106/mL,1 case of spermatogenic failure without a fine. 26 cases of spouse pregnancy (pregnancy rate 76.5%). Conclusion:The ful layer anastomosis is a simple, high success rate, safe and ef ective surgical method.关键词
