摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the Shiumi Ne screw system combined with injectable calcium sulfate bone grafting for the treatment of traumatic thoracolumbar fractures and Methods:30 cases of traumatic thoracolumbar on April 2009 to April~2012 in our hospital were given Shiumi Ne screw systemcombined with fracture of injectable calcium sulfate bone graft in the treatment of. Results:after the operation of anterior vertebral height ratio,Cobb angle,vertebralangle were improved significantly, P<0.05, fol ow-up of 1years, there was no obvious loss, P>0.05. Conclusion:the combined treatment method,can ef ectively restore the mechanical strength of the vertebral body after the operation,reduce the height loss,prevent the occurrence of serious postoperative complication,to guarantee theoperation ef ect,improve the life quality of patients after operation.关键词
