Abstract
Objective To explore the operating modes and methods of clinical pharmacy, promote the rationality drug uses clinical y. Methods Summarize and evaluate the operating modes and the ef ectiveness of our hospital's clinical pharmacy services. Results The clinical pharmacist discovered and solved the problems of clinical irrational drug uses. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists participated in the medication process is a necessary step to promote clinical rational drug use.关键词
