Abstract
Objective: To analyze the reason of venipuncture dif icult in CT enhanced scan and expore the ef ective solving method. Methods: Retrospective analysis the 507 patients who with the venipuncture dif icult in CT enhanced scan from January 2006 to January 2012. Discuss the reason and the nursing strategy. Results: The 507 patients were successful y venipunctured. One of the main reason which caused by venipuncture dif icult was a long history of intravenous drug use, this account of the proportion of 86.6, including chemotherapy drugs, injection drug, etc. The other reasons were edema, local petechiae ecchymosis, restless not cooperation, shock and critical y il patient, the proportion was 13.4. 504 patients Successful punctured when choose of the peripheral vein, wich account of 99.4. While 3 patients choose of the external jugular vein, wich account of 0.6. Conclusions: The solving method of the venipuncture dif icult in CT enhanced scan were the flexible choice of a vein of clinical pathway, skil ed vein puncture method and technique, and the unique thinking method.关键词
