摘要
Abstract
Objective As the development and application of the intermit ent catheter which is used in the field of nursing service, it maximize the recovery of bladder function, relieve the patients' physiological and psychological pressure and also reduce the occurrence of urinary tract infection so that it can reduce the work load of medical staf . Methods: Use the disposable intermit ent catheter in the dif erent fields of nursing service. Results:It can get a satisfying result as the development of using the intermit ent catheter in the dif erent fields of nursing service. Conclusions: Using the disposable intermit ent catheter in clinical, it not only can relieve patients' dysuria and help them to recover the function of the bladder, but also avoid indwel ing of the catheters. It can relieve the patients' physiological and psychological pressure and also reduce the occurrence of urinary tract infection so that it can reduce the work load of medical staf . What's more, it also can ease the economic burden of patients so that it is welcomed by the medical staf and is af irmed by the patients.关键词
