摘要
Abstract
Objective Investigate the value of surface anesthesia with lidocaine in emergency tracheal intubation. Methods Selected 40 patients of emergency respiratory failure in urgent need of endotracheal intubation with respiratory support for various reasons . Randomly divided into 2 groups:Lidocaine group (group L), The control group (group C), The age, weight and gender dif erences of two groups have no statistical significance. 2%lidocaine was sprayed in the throat before intubation in L group, and than was be with the conventional intubation;Wich was be with conventional intubation in group C.To compare the intubation time and the lowest oxygen saturation of two groups. Results The intubation time of group L was significantly shorter than that of group C, The lowest oxygen saturation of group L was obviously higher than that of group C, The dif erences were statistical y significant. Conclusion For the patients with spontaneous breathing need emergency tracheal intubation, The intubation time can be obviously shorten by the surface anesthesia with lidocaine, The security of intubation was increased, Than the successful rate was improved.关键词
