Abstract
Objective To observe the ef icacy and safety of Xingnaojing Injection in adjuvant treatment of infantile viral encephalitis. Methods:46 cases of viral encephalitis, patients were divided into treatment group 25 cases, control group 21 cases. The control group according to the il ness treated with dehydration, diuresis to reduce intracranial pressure and anti-inflammatory, antiviral, hormone and nerve nutrition agent and other conventional treatment, the treatment group were given Xingnaojing injection (Dali pharmaceutical Limited by Share Ltd, batch number:0711061) 0.4~0.6 mL/(kg·d), normal saline injection 100~250 mL vein drip, 1 times/d, shared 7~10 d. Results:after one course of treatment, the treatment group cure rate was 72%, 33%in the control group, there was significant dif erence between the two groups (P<O.01). The treatment group of clinical symptoms or signs disappeared situation is also bet er than the control group. Conclusion: it is safe and ef ective in Xingnaojing Injection in patients with viral encephalitis.关键词
