Abstract
Objective to investigate the expression of hot shock protein 27 in multiple myeloma and discover the value of hsp27 on the treatment and prognosis in multiple myeloma. Method:RT-PCR method was used to study mRNA expression levels of HSP27 in multiple myeloma (drugresistant and non- drugresistant ) and normal healthy people;conclusion:levels of HSP27 in multiple myeloma (drugresistant and non-drugresistant ) are much higher than in normal healthy people, in non-drugresistant are higher than in drugresistant. Results Drugresistant and non-drugresistant group HSP27 expression levels were significantly higher than the normal group;non-drugresistant group HSP27 expression levels higher than Drugresistant group. Conclusion heat shock protein 27 can be used as treatment for multiple myeloma and assess prognosis.关键词
