摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of femoral shaft fractures in children minimal y invasive external fixator in the treatment ef ect. Methods:through 18 cases of minimal y invasive external fixation for the treatment of femoral shaft fracture in children, were closed fractures by closed reduction, external fixation. Results:the fol ow-up time ranged from 10 to 18 months, average 13.5 months, al cases obtained bone union, some patients had mild knee joint activities is limited, later fol owed by al return to normal, no claudication. Conclusion:the application of external fixator for the treatment of femoral shaft fracture in children with good ef ect, minimal y invasive, less complications.关键词
