妊娠晚期羊水过少72例临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine whether oligohydramnios associated with pregnancy complications,pregnancy outcomes and perinatal outcomes. Methods comparing with pregnancy complications,pregnancy outcomes and perinatal outcomes of 72 patients with oligohydramnios in the third trimester of pregnancy admit ed to our hospital from 2009.8 to 2011.8 and 72 patients with oligohydramnios in the third trimester of pregnancy in same period. Results Rate of cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, low birth weight, fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia increased significantly in patients with Oligohydramnios than in patients with normal amniotic fluid volume (P< 0.05). Conclusion Oligohydramnios closely associated with pregnancy complications,pregnancy outcomes and perinatal outcomes.关键词
