摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the ef ect of using MEBO Burn Ointment for the prevention of chemotherapy phlebitis in dif erent period. Method grouping the 115 cases of chemotherapy patients within recent three years that have used oxaliplatin and 5-chlorouracil program into processing group with 58 persons and completed group with 57 persons,to observe and compare the incidence of phlebitis and the reuse condition of the same vascular between the two groups. Result significant dif erences exist between the two groups (p<0.01). Conclusion in the course of chemotherapy,to coat MEBO Burn Ointment on the puncture site and the superficial blood vessels every 3-4 hours can have significant result to the prevention and cure of venous injury,The same vessel repeat use rate of 89.7%.关键词
