Abstract
Objective to investigate the morphological characteristics of dif erent parts and regions of spinal DA receptor positive neurons after 6-OHDA lesion in rats. Methods The experiment was carried out to observe dif erent parts and regions of spinal DA receptor positive neurons after 6-OHDA lesion in rats by using immunohistochemistry and Western-blot. The result includes the fol owing aspects:the number, sizes, dendrites number and length of D1 and D2 receptor positive neurons, the changes of antigen expression. Results There was no significant change in the morphological structure of D1 and D2 receptor positive neurons in the injury group. In the injury group, the number of D1 receptor positive neurons in anterior horn of spinal cord and the number of D2 receptor positive neurons in dif erent parts of spinal cord both increased significantly in comparison to that in the control group. The increment of D2 receptor positive neurons in dif erent parts and regions of spinal cord was more apparent than that of D1. D1 and D2 receptor protein have the high expression level. Moreover, D2 receptor protein expression was significantly higher than D1 receptor protein. Conclusion The nigral-striatum was induced to be DA denervation after 6-OHDA lesion. It can make the number of D1 and D2 receptor positive neurons increase and D1 and D2 receptor protein have the high expression level, which indicates that nigral-DA neural pathways are related to the regulatory function of special neurons in spinal cord. Moreover, DA receptor protein and DA receptor positive neurons have high sensitivity and specificity to respond to nigral-DA denervation.关键词
