奈达铂、卡铂联合氟尿嘧啶同期放化疗治疗中晚期鼻咽癌近期疗效对比
Nida and Carboplatin Combined with Fluorouracil Concurrent Chemotherapy in Treatment of Advanced Nasopharyngeal Term Efficacy Comparison

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic ef ect of nedaplatin,carboplatin combined with fluorouracil in patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of. Methods: 56 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma with clinical pathology were selected,randomly divided into A group,NDP group, B group and CBP group.Group NDP was treated with nedaplatin in treatment,80mg/㎡;group CBP received carboplatin,300mg/㎡, intravenous infusion of D1,with 500mg/m2,IV drip D1-5,for a period of 28 days;A, B two groups of patients were treated with conventional radiotherapy.Curative ef ect of two groups of patients, severe adverse reactions,side ef ects etc. Results:in NDP group,the ef ective rate was 92.8%,71.4% in CBP group (P<0.05);tolerance,adverse reaction of contrast, NDP group than in CBP group;NDP group and severe adverse reaction in CBP group showed no significant dif erence; Conclusion: Nedaplatin Combined with 5-fluorouracil concurrent chemoradiotherapy for advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma is bet er than carboplatin,severe adverse reaction and carboplatin group had no evident dif erence.关键词
