Abstract
Objective: To observe the ef ect of proactive nurse for patients who sustain acute spinal cord injury. Methods: Between June 2009 and June 2009, 60 patients with acute spinal cord injury in our department were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group were gave proactive care. The control group accept conventional y nursing. The duration of hospitalization, complication rate and satisfaction of patients were observed. Results:The duration of hospitalization in observation group was shorter than that in control group, the dif erence was significant statistics (P<0.05). The complication rate was lower in observation group (P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Predictive nursing care for acute spinal cord injury can shorten the hospitalization time, reduce complication, and improve patients' satisfaction.关键词
