摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo study the clinical ef ect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in treatment of missed abortion. Methods 92 cases of missed abortion in our hospital were randomly divided into diethylstilbestrol treatment group (control group)and mifepristone combined with misoprostol treatment group (observation group),46 cases in each group,compared the clinical ef ect of patients in two groups. Results The success rate of treatment of cases in observation group was 93.5%, significantly higher than that in control group(73.9%),there was significant dif erence between two groups(χ2=9.247, P<0.05). Conclusion Taking mifepristone combined with misoprostol in treatment of missed abortion has good clinical ef ect,worthy of further clinical application.关键词
