Abstract
Objective Explore the nursing process in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction in the application,evaluation care ef ect. Methods Our hospital thrombolytic therapy in 40 patients Ruili Pu Observer Group in accordance with professional nursing care process implementation,on the other 38 patients in the control group Ruili Pu thrombolytic therapy with the implementation of routine care,compared two groups thrombolysis,crown vein recanalization rate and mortality so dif erent. Results:Application of nursing process observation group from admissions to thrombolytic therapy preparation time shorter than the control group,revascularization,mortality and complication rates were bet er than the performance of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ruili Pu thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardial infarction with the implementation of professional care processes,thrombolytic therapy can significantly shorten the preparation time,improve patient coronary recanalization rate,and thus improve survival, reduce mortality and improve patient postoperative quality of life.关键词
