The Nursing Experience in Chemotherapy on Breast Cancer Patients with Venous Port Access
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the experience in chemotherapy on breast cancer patients with venous port access (VPA). Methods 80 cases of breast cancer patients were used the venous port access before Surgical treatment. During the chemotherapy, we do the good care, observed and treated complications timely. Results During using the enous port access, we were to use good related nursing interventions to VPA patients, and give the relevant education and maintenace of awareness for patients and their families, prevented and treated the complications of VPA. These nursing interventions were ensured the ef ectine infusion venous channels. Conclusion The VPA is an ideal way for the chemotherapy to breast cancer patients. The standardized nursing interventions and systemly education is favor to the VPA safely.关键词
