摘要
Abstract
Objective:to study the surgical treatment for sleep apnea and non-surgical treatment ef ect of drug treatment for sleep apnea. Methods:randomly selected from our hospital in January 2012-March 2013 treated 80 patients with sleep apnea were divided into surgical treatment group 40 cases and non-surgical treatment group 40 cases,the treatment group USES the uvula palate surgery pharyngoplasty treatment,pharynx non-surgical treatment group with conventional medical treatment. Results:two groups of treatment ef ect comparison,the dif erences between the two groups was statistical y significant (P<0.01),the surgical treatment ef ect is significantly higher than the drug therapy. Conclusion: through surgery, patients treatment ef ect is obvious,not only improve the patients sleep quality, and quick ef ect,low recurrence rate. Sleep apnea using drug therapy can control symptoms,but it is dif icult to cure, the recurrence rate is extremely high.关键词
