Abstract
Objective: Local closed observation of western medicine combined treatment ef icacy and safety of acute or chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: In 90 cases of acute or chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients, randomly divided into experimental group and control group. mil ion U, metronidazole 250 ml group penicil in intravenous drip combined with butylamine card at the same time the 0.2, dexamethasone 1 mg, and a smal amount of lidocaine injection lateral vaginal fornix;The control of penicil in 8 mil ion U, metronidazole 250 ml intravenous drip. Results:the total ef ective rate of trial group (45 cases) [43/45] (%), the control group (45 cases), the total ef ective rate of [36/45] (%), two groups of comparison, significant dif erences (p< 0.05). Conclusion: western medicine combined with partial closed treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease is a kind of safe, reliable, economic and ef ective treatment method.关键词
