Abstract
Objective:to observe the recent ef ect and toxicity of the combination of oxaliplatin and 5-Fu in treatment of patients with advanced gastriccaicinoma. Methods: 40 patinets with advanced gastric cancer were treated with 5-Fu plus oxaliplatin (110mg/m2, d1). 5-Fu was given 500mg/m2 (iv.bolus) and 800mg/m2 (24h continuous iv with pump) d1,d2, 21 days for a cycle. The ef icacy was evaluated by CT scan after 2 cycles. Results:the total ef ective rate was 47.5%(19/40),the main side ef ects were marrow inhibition, gastrointestinal reaction, Phlebitis and nervous system toxicity. Conclusion:tri-weekly oxaliplatin combined 5-Fu for the treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma is highly ef ective. It has less adverse reactions and can be wel tolerated in patients.关键词
