Abstract
Objective To study the early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on motor function of stroke patients and activities of daily living (ADL)ef ect. Methods 100 cases of patients with cerebral stroke,randomly divided into rehabilitation group 1 (duration of<15d rehabilitation treatment and rehabilitation group (2)was greater than or equal to 15d rehabilitation treatment)in 50 cases,by comprehensive rehabilitation measures,before and after treatment,the motor function assessment scale (FMA),functional independence measurement scale (FIM)for motor function and ADL score. Results:two patients of rehabilitation treatment for 1 months,2 months and 3 months of FMA,FIM score and rehabilitation of comparison,were significantly improved (P<0.01),treatment of brother 1 months change rate;and the rehabilitation of 1 group than in rehabilitation group 2 improved more obviously (P<0.05). Conclusion early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment is beneficial to improve the function and ADL in patients with exercise duration of<15d rehabilitation curative ef ect is bet er than that of≥15d ef ect.关键词
