Abstract
Objective To analyze clinical features and treatmentexperience of early postoperative inflammatory ileus. Methods Clinical data of 31 cases of early postoperative inflammatory ileus were analyzed etrospectivly. Results 29 cases of al the 31 patients were cured with conservative treatment,The cure rate was 93.5 Conclusion Early postoperative inflammatory ileus usual y occurs in 2-4 weeks after abdominal surgery. Master the clinical and diagnostic features and systematic conservative treatment is an ef ective measure of diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory ileus.关键词
