Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment situation of 30 cases of adult intussusception. Methods 30 patients with adults intussusception under treatment were divided into treatment group and control group of 15 patients, al cases were given ultrasound and CT, and the control group were used air enema treatment, and the treatment group were given intussusception surgical reat achment surgery. Results The ultrasound detected 21 cases, CT detected 28 cases. Al patients were cured and discharged and without serious complications. However, the gastric retention and bloating disappearance time of the treatment group were significantly less than the control group that the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Adult intussusception has low incidence, its clinical diagnosis requires the integrated application, the surgical treatment can achieve bet er results.关键词
