Abstract
Objective to observe the joint ShuFen with sheen, used for postoperative analgesia ef ect of self-control vein analgesia and adverse reactions. Methods between April 2013 and June 2013 marked need to postoperative analgesia after abdominal surgery in patients of 260 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group (A) (B), 130 cases in each group, using sufentanil group A+tropane SiQiong for postoperative intravenous analgesia, on the basis of group A and group B land with sheen, compare the ef ect of two groups of patients before and after 1 h of mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR) and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), the ef ects of analgesia, sedation, comfortable degree and adverse situation. Results two groups of patients in the process of analgesia MAP, HR, SpO2, there was no significant change (P>0.05). But the analgesic ef ect of group B, the calm, comfort degree of patients was superior to that of group A (P<0.05). Group B and the adverse reactions of dizziness, sleepiness and significantly less than the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusions to joint ShuFen with sheen, used for postoperative ef ect of self-control vein analgesia is bet er, and less adverse reaction, is an ideal intravenous postoperative analgesia drug combination.关键词
