Abstract
Objective: through: basic situation of health human resources of township hospitals in Chongqing city survey of doctors, on-the-job training situation, analyzes the existing problems, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Methods:the city center GDP value in 2 areas, namely the Liangping County and Bishan County, a random sample of 12 questionnaires Township Health Center survey, telephone interview, carries on the investigation to the doctor's status. Results: the doctors in the township hospitals in Chongqing City Education in secondary education, training is not ideal, technical level is limited, it has been dif icult to adapt to the majority of the growing demand for medical care. Conclusion:take incentive measures to encourage university graduates to work in township health centers, establishment of township hospital doctors training system, improve the technology level and service quality.关键词
