Abstract
Objective:To investigate the ef ects of dietary intervention on PPH after the first defecation. Methods:in our hospital from 2012 June to 2013 August 60 cases of PPH patients according to operation were divided randomly into observation group of 30 cases, 30 cases in the control group. The observation group: starting the diet intervention in two days before operation;control group:conventional dietary guidance. Results:the patients in the observation group for the first time, dif icult defecation were significantly less than that of the control group, statistical y significant dif erences (P<0.05). Conclusion: through dietary intervention can reduce and prevent the postoperative PPH dif icult defecation, thereby reducing the complications caused by dif icult defecation, promote early rehabilitation of patients.关键词
