Abstract
Objective: To explore the stylomastoid foramen injection of diazepam with curative ef ect, SGB for the treatment of hemifacial spasm. Method: in 2008 May ~2009 May admit ed to our hospital 20 cases of patients with hemifacial spasm made retrospective analysis, analysis of the stylomastoid foramen injection of diazepam combined with the ef ect of SGB treatment. Results:after 1 times of injection termination of seizures in 8 cases, after 2 times of injection after termination of seizures in 6 cases, with 3~5 injections after termination of seizures in 6 cases, the patients were followed up for 1 years without recurrence. Conclusion: the stylomastoid foramen injection of diazepam with the efficacy of stel ate ganglion block in treatment of hemifacial spasm with.关键词
