摘要
Abstract
Objective Through the investigation and study in patients with lung cancer EBUS mediastinal lymph node of the clinical value. Methods Random number table method wil in our fifty cases were divided into 25 cases of patients with lung cancer, the observation group and the control group of 25 cases. And give the two groups of normal lung cancer screening method, the observation group on the basis of routine inspection use EBUS further diagnosis, and the results of the inspection were retrospectively analysis and comparison. Results Through the EBUS check out the lung cancer mediastinal lymphadenopathy and not diagnosed ef iciency was 96%and 4%, and 80%and 20%in the control group with significant dif erence (P<0.05). Conclusion Al patients after inspection wel tolerated, and no complications. For lung cancer patients with mediastinal lymphadenopathy, EBUS is a kind of to be both safe and ef ective diagnosis method.关键词
