清热利湿汤治疗面部脂溢性皮炎疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the ef ectively of Clearing heat and dampness Decoction in treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis of exuberance of lung and stomach heat type. Methods 50 patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis of exuberance of lung and stomach heat type were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 25 cases with Clearing heat and dampness Decoction.The control group of 25cases with Loratadine Tablets. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks. And to observe the changes of skin lesions, itching and other symptoms and signs of the 2 groups before and after treatment. Result The total curative ef ect had prominent dif erences (P<0.05),the observing group was superior to the control group. Conclusion Clearing heat and dampness decoction has a good therapeutic ef ect on facial seborrheic dermatitis.关键词
