Abstract
Objective:To observe the comprehensive ef ect of hemorrhoidal artery ligation combined with ligation of internal hemorrhoids suspension in patients with mixed hemorrhoid. Methods:39 patients with mixed hemorrhoid and treated with hemorrhoidal artery ligation combined with ligation of internal hemorrhoids suspension in our hospital from April 2011 to June 2012 were selected as observation group,39 cases treated with traditional mil igan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy at the same time were the control group,then the total ef ective rate of Ⅲdegree,Ⅳdegree and total patients,postoperative VRS evaluation result,healing time,adverse events rate and recurrence rate of two groups were compared. Results:The cure rate of observation group with Ⅲ degree, Ⅳ degree and total were al higher than those of control group, postoperative VRS evaluation result was bet er than that of control group,healing time was shorter than that of control group,adverse events rate and recurrence rate were lower than those of control group,al P<0.05,there were al significant dif erences. Conclusion:The comprehensive ef ect of hemorrhoidal artery ligation combined with ligation of internal hemorrhoids suspension in patients with mixed hemorrhoid is bet er,and the safety is relatively high.关键词
