Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of ECG and left atrial rhythm. Methods:retrospective analysis of ECG in 17 patients with left atrial rhythm conducts the contrast research. Results:left atrial rhythm is the real ectopic rhythm, it can be passive or active arrhythmia, ECG is mainly the changes of P`wave, P wave in lead avR, lead V6 upright inversion is the diagnosis of left atrial rhythm is the most sensitive, most has the characteristic of change. Conclusion: left atrial rhythm in organic heart disease, particularly heart load is too heavy, can also be found in healthy people.关键词
