Abstract
Objective: to analyze the ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment. Methods: a total of 7 cases of conservative treatment of patients with concurrent 2012 January -2013 September in our hospital were ectopic pregnancy, were given intravenous fluorouracil 0.5 × 5 days, 50mg q12h oral mifepristone, and prophylactic administration of anti-inflammatory and hemostasis. Results: 6 patients with conservative treatment were successful, with an ef iciency of 100%, during the treatment 1 patients had mild nausea, 2 cases had mild diarrhea, 1 patients with recurrent abdominal pain,. Conclusion: the key to improve the success of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy is to master the indication of conservative treatment, and closely observe the treatment process of B ultrasound and serum beta hCG, always choose not suitable for conservative treatment cases, in order to minimize the damage caused to the body of the patients.关键词
