Abstract
Objective:To investigate serum high sensitivity troponin I (hs-cTnI)testing in patients with acute myocardial infarction (acute myocardial infarction,AMI)early diagnosis application. Methods:January 2011-2013 in August in our hospital 56 patients with acute myocardial infarction (study group)and 50cases of healthy people over the same period (control group) were measured by chemiluminescence Serum hs-cTnI level,and the two sets of results for comparative analysis. Results:The levels of serum hs-cTnI and hs-cTnI-positive rate was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion:Serum high-sensitivity troponin assays for the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction with high sensitivity,and has good application value.关键词
