摘要
Abstract
Objective Observation of dezocine in gynecological laparoscopy under general anesthesia analepsia period. Methods according to ASA1-2,60 patients were randomly divided into dezocine group (group D)and fentanyl (group F)30cases, routine anesthesia induction,intubation smooth, stable vital signs during operation. Postoperative 15min D group 0.1mg/kg intravenous dezocine, F intravenous fentanyl 1ug/kg.min, postoperative observation before and after extubation in patients with cardiac rhythm (HR),blood pressure (Bp),and extubation body movement and cough and other undesirable reflected. Results in the D group,no significant changes before and after extubation (P>0.05),in F group had significant changes before and after extubation (P<0.05),D compared with group F cough (P<0.05)activity (P<0.05) with statistical significance. Conclusion used dezocine analgesia in patients with postoperative extubation more smoothly.关键词
