摘要
Abstract
Uterine leiomyoma (uterine myoma) is the most common benign tumor of the female reproductive organs, common in women 30~50 years of age, 20 years old the fol owing rare. The vast majority of uterine flesh tumour is benign[1]. But because of uterine leiomyomas tend to send more, therefore, in women of childbearing age, along with the age growth, fibroids may gradual y increase, myomectomy operation wil likely relapse[2]. Uterine fibroids (namely malignant sarcomatous change) rate is very low, about 0.4-0.8%, but stil need to guard against the risk of malignant transformation [3-4]. The diagnosis can be carried out according to the history and physical sign of patients; some patients is dif icult to diagnose, can using B-mode ultrasonography, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, uterine oviduct radiography and other methods to assist the diagnosis. In order to ef ectively reduce the misdiagnosis rate, the author summarized the diagnostic data of 1 cases of misdiagnosed cases recently in our hospital, report as fol ows now.关键词
