摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the Effect of IMD (Interaction man-machine dialogue) teaching software design ideas application in clinicallUrology cases. Methods The students of our hospitallurology were categorized into 2 groups randomly,one classes conducted IMD course,the other classes were in traditionallcurriculum LBll(1ecture-based learning). The teaching Effect was analyzed by questionnaire and the clinicallpractice capacity was evaluated by examination. Results The performance of the students in IMD was bet er than traditionallclass(LBL) and the students were more satisfied with the IMD courses ( P<0.05). Conclusion IMD (Interaction man-machine dialogue) teaching software design ideas bet er than LBllIn Urology clinicallteaching work,. The IMD cultivated students in self learning ability,analyticalland problem-solving ability as wellas Clinicallpractice ability.
