Abstract
Community care is gradually in recent years developed a new modellof care refers to the family unit within the community to provide health care modellof care. With the development of community care,its management mode drawbacks are gradually exposed. In this paper,the status of community care management and content departure,combined with the author's experience,tried to propose a community care management tasks and methods,hoping to be able to manage the further development of community care to provide a reference.关键词
